The key to a successful Spray Paving job is the preparationAt Spray Pave Australia-Goldfields we have an 8 stage cleaning process, which includes a number of
passes with a very high pressure cleaner, acid etching, neutralising of the
acid, and priming the concrete in preparation for the spraying. Stencils and Sprays, to make your concrete look Great
Prior to commencement of the job the client has picked the patterns and colour that they want, we now lay out the pattern, with either stencils, or custom taping. The Spray Pave material is now sprayed on. The air pressure, mixture additives used will vary and allowances are made for:-
The long awaited RevealAfter all the spraying has been done it is now time to Reveal the job by pulling up all the stencils and tapes. after a thorough blow down and sweep the surface is ready for the sealer application. Protect and SealThe sealer is applied with either a roller, broom, or spraying, and the job may take anywhere from 2-5 coats depending on a number of different factors. Sealing protects the work from oil, grease, coffee and wine stains etc, whilst also highlighting the works. Your new concrete areaThe job is done, the tools are all packed away, the area is left exactly how we found it, with one huge exception, your old concrete has been given a new lease of life and looks fantastic
